Maude + Zach Wedding | September 4th
The Bride // We were married at my grandmother Sara Jane DeHoff's house. I grew up in a house that was right on the Maumee River that I had envisioned myself getting married at one day. Since the house isn't there anymore/our family moved out of it, my grandmother had graciously let Zach and I wed in her formal gardens and have reception at the top of the right. If was perfect and completely beautiful!
Definitely getting married in the formal garden set the theme for our day. My husband also works part time at the Baltimore Conservatory and loves plants, so we wanted everything to feel lush and beautiful. We wanted our flowers to be bold and colorful! We wanted to add touches of birds of paradise into the bouquets - he also worked with our amazing florist to guide the floral look for the day. They did an incredible job!
